We are proud to announce Sofas & Stuff Bishops Stortford are sponsors of the Bishops Stortford Carnival Parade and Fun Day on the 15^th June 2019.  The theme this year is “Around the World” and participants are encouraged to creatively embrace this theme in keeping with the overall upbeat spirit of carnival.

The weather here in Hertfordshire may have been a bit on the damp side but we’re not losing sight of the fact that summer is around the corner.  There are some lovely local to events happening including an exhibition entitled ‘Body and Soul’ featuring sculptures by John Farnham and Paintings by Lottie Farnham.  The works are inspired by human and animal forms, nature and memories of family.  It is taking place at The Gallery, Parndon Mill, Harlow between 16^th May – 23^rd June.

Bishop’s Stortford Carnival Parade and Fun Day bring the community together to celebrate everything that is good about Bishop’s Stortford and promises to be a great day out for all ages. The Carnival Parade starts from Rhodes Arts Centre, South Road, at 12.30pm and consists of individuals, floats, walking groups, marching bands and dance troops.
